Line Up Moms

  • Arrive 15 minutes before dancers are to be there
  • Pick up lanyard and any supplies within your dressing room.
  • As dancers arrive make sure their costume pieces are placed in the correct basket/dressing area. All other items such as street shoes so go with the parents.
  • Always keep dancers with you. No dancer is allowed to leave with parents unless they have previous permission from Natalie or Cindy.
  • When directed take dancers to auditorium or in the dressing room.
  • You are in charge-please make sure that our dancers are behaving appropriately. You have the right to tell them to sit down and be quiet.
  • When directed you will take your dancers to Line up area A and get them in their correct line up order. You will stay with the dancers while they move to line up area B and make sure they are in order.  When directed by the stage help you may go through the lineup mom doors to the reserved seats.
    • You may only sit in the reserved seats during your class dance. Please be respectful of other line up moms. They want to see their child dance as much as you do.
  • When the dance ends immediately go back through the line up mom doors and meet your dancers.
  • Return to dressing area and assist in costume changes. When all dancers are changed return to the auditorium/dressing room to your assigned seats.

Line up moms are not to be on the stage during the performance.  Use the line up mom doors that lead into the auditorium.  Do not cross the backstage area to get to seating.

If you have any questions or concerns, please address the to Cindy.  Natalie and the other teachers need to stay focused on the performance.
